Training Types


Individual Training

Individual Training is personally designed program to get the client to their goal effectively and efficiently. Training will focus on necessary Pre-Habilitation, Strength Exercises, and Rehabilitation. Nutrition and cardiovascular programs can also be included as part of Individual Training upon request. Dates and times of training will be agreed upon between trainer and client.

Partner Training

Partner Training is for two people with similar goals and physical abilities looking to challenge one another. Exercise protocols will be virtually the same for both clients. Training packages will be purchased individually, then dates and times will be agreed upon between trainer and clients. Both clients must be present at the session.

Group Training

Group Training consists of 3 - 6 people willing to participate in similar exercises. Some variation can be given to clients with certain injury or ability restrictions. The workout will change session to session, with a mix of "bootcamp" and "strength training" exercises. This allows clients to improve every aspect of their fitness while forming a sense of community. Training packages must be purchased individually, then dates and times will be agreed upon between trainer and clients. A minimum of 3 people must be present at the session.

Online Training

Fitness at a distance is now possible! For a simple monthly fee, dependent on length of commitment, you can receive a full workout plan. You will receive personalized workouts, a nutrition plan, weekly conversations, unlimited email, and free exercise videos.

Other

Other types of training/agreements must be discussed and approved by trainer.
